Life skills ensures that students are able to tackle life problems with ease and make better decisions. Studies have noted that when teachers allows the students to be able to work in groups they allow the students to be able to develop negotiation skills on how to operate in a group without having to conflict and they are able to do so in a much loving manner. The educators are tasked to ensure that they encourage the students to be kind to each other and this is noted to be important as they have an opportunity to recognize each other’s feeling and be capable to appreciate each other with ease. In summary, there is need to ensure that the students are given an opportunity to appreciate how to manage conflict in a more peaceful and loving way, when the students are aware on how to handle conflict they become excellent at appreciating other people’s feelings and are noted to be better at it with ease.
